Terms of Service

  1. A Contract will be formed for the sale of goods ordered when you receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check the email to ensure that the order is accurate and inform me as soon as possible of any errors.

  2. The price of the goods and any additional delivery charges are set out in the website at the time of the order. Payment will be taken immediately at the placing of the order.

  3. Delivery is usually dispatched within 1 – 5 working days depending on the size of your order.  You will receive an email as soon as it is dispatched.  If there is a delay you will receive an update on your order status.

  4. You can cancel your order up until 14 days after receiving your goods and will then need to return the item/s to us in its/their original packaging.  Once received, we will refund your payment.  Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded if  the item has been dispatched my me.

  5. If your goods arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a photograph of the damaged piece along with the box and packaging with all labels visible.
